Your co-workers are some of the best guys I have ever met. They make you feel welcome and part of the team from day one. The owners Marc and Jim are very generous and motivational. They want you to succeed and give you the tools to do. They give you plenty of opportunities to make money and help people turn their annuities to lump sums at the best rates. The office is beautiful and the coffee is machine provides you with all the choices you want, at the push of a button. The environment is great and it is lots of fun. They are lenient and treat you like adults. Just do your job. That is it.

It is a sales job in an industry that is very competitive buthe as long as you do your job and make your calls you will be fine. They give you plenty of chances to succeed and make money but if you are there for a salary and not willing to put the work, then this place is not for you. It is a sales environment, so if you can not handle quotas or hard work then this is not for you. You are treated like an equal and adult, so if you expect a pg environment where your co-workers might make adult jokes, then go work somewhere else.
