      Couldn't find any pros in entire duration of employment

      Cons

      No compensation No leaves No TA DA or HRA No increments You will be shown big dreams here of growth & future but you will get nothing at the end Owner dances on the order of his friends wife making everything complicated as she is only concerned with her commissions and 0 focus towards quality Please don't join there if you are looking for a future
