You'll get booked and can perfect your skills

Cons

Owners want to offer no benefits and work you like a dog. Doesn't matter if you're 97% requested and booked solid months out. You're paid crap and treated as such.

Pros

As the Business Manager for Massage Envy In Dr. Phillips. I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how much our team truly cares about both our clients and each other. What makes this workplace special is the culture of support, growth and collaboration that exists every day. Leadership is supported by the Franchisee so much which fosters an environment focused on personal and professional development. Our providers are passionate about helping clients feel their best and making rewarding contributions to the clinic. I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes wellness, professionalism and genuine care in everything we do.

Cons

The technology can be challenging when they do updates on services and protocols. Also there are a lot of location in our area which makes it hard to stand our as an individual location.
