You work your own scheduled route according to you as long as you get your work merchandising done in a timely manner and the management team members are on the same page as you are. Given the opportunity to grow your business as well as theirs. Helpful distributors within the company and DSSR's to help when needed.
Cons
Slot of billing , paperwork, taxes, and you try weekly to empty your product so the remaining balance is negative and all the cash belongs to you. Keeping up with the flyers for all the different stores incase you are in an ad. No help from the bakery from sun downon Friday until sun up on Monday due to their religious beliefs (thankfully they respect religion)
