Pros

Average salary. Pool table.

Cons

Management has a terrible attitude towards employees. Expect you to thankful you are employed by them. No thanks for a job well done. Will not listen to any ideas because they think they are better than their employees. No incentives to keep top employees happy. No raises. Small company that acts like they make billions.

Pros

None. Used to be a company that offered something to the industry, but now it’s totally losing all credibility.

Cons

Illegal behavior, harassing and manipulative treatment by staff, beyond disorganized and incompetent management, and does not give answers to things in a timely manner at all. Truly not at all a forward-thinking company. Hoping others see this before making same mistake.

Pros

There are some really great front line staff working there, with great ideas and passion. Too bad their ideas will go no where or take decades to be considered. Great product, however new products and programs of their key brand has come stagnant.

Cons

It all starts at the top, when one of the stakeholders of the company is never pleased, belittles and/or yells at other management members out loud in meetings and places where others can hear, fear and stress sets in at the top and trickles down. Nonetheless, yelling at someone is not acceptable in a work place. What I noticed in my time there is management out fear for themselves started watching out for their own backs. How does a team move forward when you can't trust each other in fear of being belittled. This type of behavior (watch out for you) was encouraged and trickled down into their departments and front-line staff. The work load is extremely high. Every year goals were increased, but rewards of increases for all staff wasn't offered, not even cost of living. To get an increase they had to add another layer of responsibility, and management has to go through hoops to get approved. Everyone is already working to their maximum, how can they take on more. The stakeholder of the company is never satisfied, insists on being a part of every decision, however doesn't respond, so nothing moves along. If something is moved along because it had to, it wasn't good enough for him, so his disapproval yelling or condemning begins. Those that survive there, just do the job. I assume if they had it before, they have lost their passion, as their fight has fizzled.
