Pros

Lovely office building, with lots of amenities. Free food and drinks, with social and chill areas. Team building, staff socials and clubs. Lots of opportunities to develop and specialise/explore your own career development. Funds and time to gain additional skills and education.

Cons

Work life balance isn’t good. Long and unsociable hours on a shift basis that isn’t always balanced or fair. Heavy monitoring and criticism in terms of work performance, constant resetting of basic targets and goals. More driven on numbers than actual good customer service.
