Pros

Mountainside global really cares about the people here. It’s really focused on growth, not only professional but personally as well. It has made me a much better person and has given me the confidence to really pursue my goals. Also financially I have been able to more than double what I was making before with just an hourly job. I absolutely love the culture and all the people who work here. It’s an amazing environment.

Cons

This job is a lot of tough work that may not be for everyone, but for the right people it’s perfect.

Pros

When I first came to Mountainside Global I was a little hesitant because I didn’t have any experience working in marketing. After talking with the owner, he was super informative & transparent on the position which I really respect. I accepted the job offer & from day one I absolutely love the culture of the office & what they stand for.

Cons

The commute was a little bit further than I anticipated but it’s definitely worth the drive.

Pros

You're maybe helping kids? If you don't like making regular income and have no idea whether you're going to make $500 or $6 on any given day, you might like it. I couldn't find a pro.

Cons

Expect to work long hours, every weekend and never know how much money you're going to make to help you budget your life. This is a multi level marketing scheme. It's basically a pyramid scheme. I worked outside standing next to a table selling backpacks to strangers. That's the "marketing" you do for child help. I worked into the night, on days that were rainy or snowy in temperatures that were dangerously low. It doesn't matter the weather. They expect you to be out there. They act like you don't have to make a minimum, but in reality you do because you need to survive. It's also set up for you to be an independent contractor, and not an employee. Say goodbye to benefits, because you don't get that either. Just walk away. Trust me. Do not fall for this trap
