      Pros

      In kolkata respect to TCS , CTS etc. salary is better at least for the starting of career, later what happened that I don't know. Personal development scope is what you get here.

      Cons

      Usually in TCS, CTS one gets first promotion(from associate software engineer to software engineer) after 2 year but here it happens after 3 year. Work pressure is there.
