Plenty. Typical smaller New York fashion company that tries to run in a bigger scale but fails at it extremely. Some pleasant people- .... but on the norm most of the people don't speak, have a hell of an attitude. -Poor working conditions- stepping over parcels, chairs and people. Wires dangling all over the place. -Nasty attitudes. -Incoherent Instructions... yet get indignant when you ask a question or don't get it the first go round. -No Structure.... I don't think they'd know how to handle this even if you bring it to them. -Culturally Cliques... expect a lot of discussions in multi languages- yet mean mug at a target as they speak, you can't not think they may be talking about you- funny group. -President promises people the world and they believe it- guess you gotta play the game. If you're grown and have no time for this kiddie pool of games then for sure don't bother here. -Some arrogant ways and when they speak they seem to think you're supposed to stop what you're working on to move the world... this includes the staff from other office who come in and bark at what they want you to do for them. -Gossipy- this one has something to say about that one, not fit to have that title discussions. Managers over people yet staff claim that that's not the case, they cling on the President has my back foolishness. -Child-Like Mentalities - It's like something is seriously off with how they speak here. You can't help but stop what you're doing and look at them to see if they're seriously on mark. -Salary is part of the hysterics but if you have a game plan -this is the only thing I can suggest... do what you have to do and leave. -Bathrooms deplorable- used as a kitchen sink as well as restroom sink -Water machine may give you the runs... always being worked on no warning to "Not Use It". -Ongoing Parcels throughout the day. Parcels on product is a given in the industry, yet here UPS and Fedex make 5-6 trips though out day. There's no system- yet chaos when packages come in. -Finger thumb time clock- SMH -Many sad faces but you understand that many are in a rock and a hard place, so they roll with the punches.
