PLN, or PT PLN (Persero), is a state-owned enterprise that controls all aspects of electricity production and distribution in Indonesia. As a part of PLN, I feel both proud and fortunate. Here are some advantages that I see in working at PLN: Challenging Work: PLN strives continuously to achieve universal and equitable service and electricity infrastructure across Indonesia. Therefore, the challenges faced daily make the job very engaging and provide ample opportunities to learn and grow. 1. Tangible Contribution: Working at PLN means participating in building the country's infrastructure and making a real contribution to the growth and development of Indonesia. 2. Job Stability and Security: As a state-owned enterprise, PLN provides a sense of security and stability for employees, with a competitive remuneration package, healthcare facilities, and an excellent retirement program. 3. Wide Career Opportunities: PLN has many divisions and branches all over Indonesia, thus offering a broad and diverse range of career opportunities for employees.

However, like any other company, working at PLN also has its challenges. Here are some that I have experienced: 1. High Workload: Due to the nature of the job and the vast scope of PLN, the workload can become very high, especially during major projects or urgent repairs. 2. Internal Bureaucracy: As a large state-owned enterprise, sometimes internal bureaucracy can be complex and affect work efficiency.
