      Cons

      Flexibility- so m at people call out on various days leaving short staffed No management direction but if you make a mistake you will be called out and receive eye rolls

      Though I can hardly find any I would say Paid holidays, 9-5 shift, health insurance availble the work is easy but the work environment is stressful

      Working through lunch, no over time, no procedure or policy and unorganized .
