One of the most disappointing organizations I’ve worked with. Been in the industry for over two decades and despite being a large company with significant budgets, it operates with the immaturity and lack of structure of an early-stage startup.
Leadership, particularly at the senior level, lacks clarity, direction, and the ability to guide or inspire teams. There is an absence of long-term vision and alignment, which results in teams working often against each other, rather than towards a common objective.
While the company has multiple ambitions, execution is weak due to poor leadership and indecisive management. Senior leaders spend more time reacting than leading which results in mediocre output despite ample resources. Late working hours are common, with little to no recognition for effort or outcomes.
The work culture is driven largely by the whims of senior management rather than clear processes or priorities. Teams are frequently overworked, direction changes often, and there is no consistent sense of unity or purpose across departments.
High attrition is a clear indicator of deeper systemic issues, many employees join with expectations but leave shortly after due to similar concerns. Unfortunately, these challenges are not limited to one team but are prevalent across the organization.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to professionals looking for strong leadership, stability, or a collaborative work culture.
Often cockroaches and lizards are found roaming around on the floor and canteen. Location of the office is the worst!
