Company is a Fraud - Employee Picsean Media Employee Review

You will get to work at the worst company of your career. It won't get worser than this!

Anybody with little bit of self respect won't stay here for long. You will be treated like a bonded labour and not a software engineer. Your salary won't be paid on time. A minimum of 2 months pending salary will be maintained so that you can't leave. The management have accounts in all job portals to spy on every employee. The moment you update your profile, your salary will be stopped. If you leave, you may forget about the pending salary. None of the employees who left in the past 1 year have got their final settlement. As if this is not enough, you will receive a notice from income tax department for not paying income tax. The company deducts TDS from your salary but it is not given to IT dept. The company only focusses on getting the customer onboard, make them pay a hefty setup fee and then forget them.Soon a competitor came and took away all the customers with better service. Even the investors left following unethical practices by the management. I'm writing this after hearing that this company is trying to hire some innocent freshers so that they can be made to slog and easily cheated. I wish they read this and join a company which is human.

The Company is pathetic because :- 1)No work culture 2)The Company's roadmaps,strategy and its tactics keep on changing on a random basis.It depends on Arjun and Jillian (Husband and Wife Pair).If you are on good terms with them and you work 24*7 and take as less salary as possible, then you are well positioned in the Company regardless of you know/don't know things 3)They will torture you and would always want to spy on you. 4)No seniors to learn from.If you want to waste your time and earn money, this is the ideal place. 5)For people who are not getting jobs anywhere and who know how to fool the management and who are ready to sit in the Company day and nights, for laborers , this is the place. 6)Most of their employees stay here(or are kept) for a period ranging from 4 months to 8 months. 7)Please have a talk to former employees before joining this Company 8)This happened with some of their employees that they still haven't been paid their Full and Final Settlement even after the due dates.
