      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      I used to really enjoy working at UU. My one on ones each week I would say how much I enjoy it. Then along comes a new manager that puts in a new structure for DNI and employs a whole new layer of manager. Anything that needs more managers raises alarm bells with me. So we are spending million more for managers and yet my manager does not have time to do his job so I got to take on more admin.
