      You will get to know employee hiring process and various companies recruitment policies

      Cons

      Worst environment They will cut your salary with smallest reasons they could find HR policies and company rules changes person to person You will not get salary on time you will have to ask 10 times Hide many things before you join the company i would give 0 stars if possible

      Pros

      No Pros only Cons, HR, MD and their family members are in priority list.

      Cons

      Ask you to workday and night and when you exit all hidden eligibility criteria comes out when you ask your Paid Leave. and other benefits. They do not have even insurance. even if advice is given, they won't follow instead they'll go with their family members who has no knowledge.
