Pros

Great Company to work for. Medium size, diverse in services and opportunity for those that can rise to the occasion. In 2010 there were two divisions of the company, Customer Service in a Call Center and the Fulfillment Warehouse all in one building. Now we've added Trucking, Transportation and Home Delivery to our wheel house and are located in two states. As the company grows I continue to see opportunities for myself and others who can handle a fast pace service providing atmosphere.

Cons

In ten years I've been a part of addressing many challenges. Never experienced a true con or I wouldn't be here.

Pros

Many of the employees outside of management are great people.

Cons

It is a toxic place to work. After many years there I have seen some of the most rude and unprofessional behavior be overlooked or brushed as side as "that is just how they are" or "they're really a soft on the inside". These people were never fired, despite making people constantly uncomfortable. One such very long term employee had a reputation for being so abrasive that he made several people cry or even quite, yet he received no discipline. Then there are the clients who treat the employees like crap and again, management refuses to acknowledge it, besides saying "it is what it is." Departments that work there butts off are undervalued, by claiming they are not a money making department, which comes off as more of a threat of being on the cutting block than anything else. Attempts to report such issues are brushed aside and no effort is made to change the work culture, until the job wears you down until you quit or you make a mistake big enough for them to fire you. I've seen it happen countless times.
