Everyone was very easy to work with. The workload was decent.

no downsides experienced during time of employment.

Busy season hours typically are not bad compared to the industry. There is room to move up the ranks if you are fast and efficient. Time and a half for overtime and lunch during busy season.

Most of the managers are rude and not willing to take the time to help you learn. Very much a sink or swim environment where management does little to no training. There is very high turnover here. Front desk lady is unprofessional and difficult to work with. The overall inclusion of the firm is low. The staff are left out of all meetings and are often left in the dark with poor communication from the management group. Some partners are nice and set a good tone for the business while some are pretty antisocial and blunt.
