      Lack of experience - how can they get experience?? Policies - only favourable to employer. Changes based on current trend. If you are good then you will be in deep trouble when you resign. Better be average.

      No Reasons to say as a positive thing.

      Cons

      No job security. Lots of politics. You will feel every day like no one is safe here and will regret always after joining this company. Lats one this is not a company for north indians, they let them in first and after there work over they check for any negative thing or without even any they don't let them work. Advise for north indian's, dont join. Benefits for employee is just a mith .
