Pros
This company is like no other in terms of the genuine care they have for each employees' success. We have each personally met the owner, CEO, CIO, and work with the VIce President on a daily basis, not something that many companies' employees can say. Not only do they care about your success in the business, but also in life in general, and are more of friends to you than a typical co worker would be at most jobs. The nature of this business is one where you have to work as a team and get along with everyone, and that is exactly the case with all employees and employers at Sungrade Solar. It is more like a family with common goals than it is a job. For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to work.

I haven't come across any yet. Just be ready to walk a lot and deal with being outside most of the time.
