      Pros

      Good for new grad or new comers who is curious about auditor role in Notified Body. Good way to get some ideas and experiences in Medical Device Quality System and Regulation

      Cons

      Poor management! No leadership and structured systems, everyone does their own things in their own ways. More than 80% auditors are contract based, majority of the auditors are foreigners who do not speaking/reading/writing in good English.
