Great coworkers, good vibe within the office. Good Benefits Growth potential is possible. Flexible schedule. Show up and then work your 8 hours. Fridays are usually empty.
Cons
Way below average pay. They will add more jobs to your workload with zero compensation. Lots of broken promises, and management cannot choose how they want to improve the company. Lack of structure in training and guidelines. Lack of trust. Messy systems, a lot outdated and confusing Short-staffed like crazy, expected to be overworked and burnt out quick.
