Pros
-Benefits were good for a few years before they changed to something cheaper for them. -Flexible breaks and PTO were a major perk till they reduced and restricted it for everyone. -Lab experience if you make it to the lab.
Cons
-No upper management accountability. -You will be asked to lie to customers. -Seniority and dedicated mean nothing in terms of raises, promotions, or your standing within the company. -You will he asked to work 10+ hours with no warning if something needs to go out. -The head of HR is condescending and will violate your HIPAA rights. She does not keep complaints about upper management anonymous and will show the report to your manager. -This place will break any trust you have in the idea that working hard and sacrificing your life for a company will result in fair compensation and a career path to work towards. -Management is highly disrespectful. -An employee was fired for reporting safety violations. -I cannot emphasize enough how awful the work environment is. Many coworkers have said they went to therapy to help with the crippling stress from that place. -If you are injured on the job they will fight as hard as they can to not give you workers' comp.
