Pros
AME has a long history in the managed services market and is very financially stable. I have worked for the company for many years and had the opportunity to grow into different roles and expand my skill set. AME is an employee owned company and that has provided fantastic returns to the employees.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly and although that creates opportunities for many employees it also means that many systems have to scale with that growth.
