Pros

They set me up with a job right away, the same day I applied with them. They did the drug screening right there in the office.

Cons

You have to be with the company 6 mos. (i.e. 960 working hrs.) before you receive holiday pay. Not very assertive with their employees, the only time I've seen the rep. for the site I work is, when I happen to catch her there. I don't know when she's supposed to be there.

Pros

Paid health insurance Paid Time off 2 weeks for the first year

Cons

Very Low Pay for Very High expectations For a position where you are constantly recruiting, managing a workforce of employees- that they constantly want you to grow your workforce of employees. So you are constantly taking on more responsibility but they will not increase your pay. There is no yearly merit pay either. When you ask about the bonuses, they actually get mad at you and won’t tell you anything because they “don’t know” I have never worked for a more stressful and negative company in my entire life. This was truly an experience I don’t wish on anyone. They want people to work there long term, but don’t pay into people’s futures. Example - there is no retirement plan of any kind offered here. Their pay is also considerably lower than competitors in the area. My advice - use this place as a stepping stone for something much better. this isn’t a place to stay long term. The culture is poor, and the management is poor. Management is often abrasive and rude. They are not understanding in the slightest, and despite preaching that they are “purpose driven to change lives” they do not follow this core value in any way shape or form. You have to give them 150% but they maybe give you 10%. They constantly nitpick and find things wrong with you.
