      The hospital employees were like a big family. The culture of the staff was supportive of a safe patient environment.

      The leaders do not care about the people but care about the bottom line. Staff and leader turnover is very high.

      The ICU staff and team are amazing access to all different patients from medical, trauma, Cardiac, Neuro, sepsis, and every device you can use in an ICU. Very good pay

      Staffing shortage at times. Poor staff morale.
