Pros
There are many reasons that I like working at Theta Lake, I will write down the top few here: 1. One of the least stressful places to work in my entire career 2. Great leadership team. The founders are intelligent, visionaries, have a lot of industry experience and are executing well. Above all, they are great human beings 3. The engineering team leadership is very hands on and takes sound decisions 4. The underlying architecture is sound and easy to understand/explain 5. The team culture is very easy going and supportive. The team is very distributed and the management is ok with this.
