Pros

Great company growth. Business is diversified and stable. Good work-life balance. Very professional and employee centered. Clear objectives and goals.

Cons

The diversification in the business model tends to dilute the clinical areas of each individual services. More focus on discipline-centered training (which may mean increasing budget for training).

Pros

Interaction with engaged families Opportunity to work with clients in community and at home

Cons

Demands communication between clients and technicians through administrators who do not relay messages to either side Hours cut with no notice with no realistic opportunity to replace them Limited discussion of long term or even medium term plans for clients despite major consequences for employees No urgency to hire top level staff Locked into schedule with limited flexibility after beginning of semester.
