You're probably going to be on contract to Toyota, which is a great place to work. Some of the people you work with are really really cool Some managers truly do care about you.

Internal company communication is horrible. Some management that I worked with had no idea I was leaving until after I left. If you get promoted into management, you will get projects and teams added to your plate that have almost nothing to do with your job function. Any longer term career planning can be forgotten about because this company feels like they don't have a plan beyond the next 6 months. Pay is below market for specialized roles.
