It’s ok in a pinch - Call Center Customer Service Representative Triple Impact Connections Employee Review

Pros

Work from home. They provide equipment. Paid training. Understand you are military spouses and offer unpaid leave for PCS’s moves and deployments

Cons

Pay is too low for the work they require in their differing campaigns. It feels like they take advantage of the fact it’s mostly military spouses who generally are in a pickle for work. Campaigns can be very demanding and require a lot that is not reflected in the pay rate. To put it bluntly you might be in one campaign where things are disorganized and all over the place or in another campaign where they want you to where a multitude of different hats with no pay increase. This is not directly triple impacts fault but they are the ones initiating the contractor so they should manage it better to prevent this. Not a lot of room for progression or pay increases.
