Pros
- Company has been well known in the privacy industry for years - There are some really great, intelligent, personable people to work with - Snacks/drinks available in the kitchen - Unlimited PTO
Cons
- Not enough constant communication from executives - Recent 25% layoffs, and unclear whether the company can continue to grow now that there is no more Safe Harbor and most of the long-time privacy experts have left - Takes too much time to get a MVP to market - The office is split into two offices and feels isolating between groups, which is more pronounced after the layoffs. - Except for engineering, the office if virtually empty by 5pm
