Cons
An unfortunate mix of terrible very senior leaders. One of whom has no regard for staff welfare and work-life balance. They appear willing and basically determined to drive some people out - probably to save money. Some good people have already left, and some were made redundant. There is no organisation in workflow. This is due to large changes, but it's taken about 6 months and the changes so far are very poor. Senior leaders do not appear to value staff, or their views, opinions or experience.
