Friendly place to work it is a teaching facility, prepare to be patient as residents are learning.Great work life balance. The staff are friendly , what you put in is what you get out.
Cons
The work environment is slow paced to a certain extent , a lot of things have to be verified by a chain of command.If you are used to a fast paced environment, it will take about 6-8 months to adjust and some people never do.
