Company Review - HR- Recruiter Upraisal Employee Review

Have been working for quite sometime now at Upraisal the office space is amazing in a posh building at Viman nagar the CEO is a very helpful person and also I got to learn a lot of things about Business development

Nothing I can think of as of now everything is so perfect and nice

You will get to know the kind of pressure consultancies have

1. Not many clients and hence not many Profiles to work with 2. You will keep working majorly for only 1 e-commerce company profile and that to (from what I have heard has been going on since 2018) 3. No clousers no Saturday off. 4. Founders do not know how to behave with sick employees Eg: i. emp fired because she fainted and could not come for 2 weeks. ii. One employee was told what can we do if you are sick, just complete your work, you are always sick.( This comes from a lady founder) 5. Founders will count how many times you drink water and go to restroom. 6.If late for 5 mins you receive a late mark. 7. Lady founder keeps looking in her cell phone and do not help, will shout at the end of the day around 7 when she wakes up 8. Male founder is cheap, lies a lot. Eg: will promise you about Saturday off, and later on after joining will tell you it is target based 9.You can't speak in your mother toung with each other because founder has problem with that. 10. Very unpleasant during fnf settlement. 11. Hire and fire is top culture, nobody stays with this company for more than 3-4 months 12. Common bathroom on single floor for all the offices
