Pros
Valent Partners is rapidly expanding into the technology and strategy consulting market. Leadership has a very clear vision of the direction they want the company to go and is committed to bringing everyone along for the ride. Salary and benefits are extremely competitive, and the promotion process is straightforward and fair.
Cons
Valent is still a small sized company, so HR policies are still being put into place. This can cause some friction around the hiring process as well as the frequency of organized events. Work life balance varies a good deal based on the client you are working with. Could be 40 billable hours a week but could also be 50+. Management does a good job of helping out in those high work load situations however.
