1. They don't have a policy driven approach. 2. They will have you in decision making roles but you can't make any decisions as your decisions will be dependent on others and you will only get verbal approvals not the real ones. 3. Verbally you'll have a full support from different teams but when it comes to executing the work everything will stuck due to one reason or the other. 4. At the end the failure of execution of all the teams will land on you and you will be asked to leave let's say in 10 days maybe? again no formal policies for that too. Everything just on paper. 5. Once you leave, your emails will hardly get any responses in case you need any documents or anything relatable.
