They treat you like a family member. The company is very understanding. The environment is friendly, stable and uplifting . One can feel like spending a long tenure in the company.

Cons

They may not be great payers but what they pay you is that you can peacefully work there and lead a decent work life balance.

Cons

Don't join Vimta labs if you are interviewed for Clinical Trials. I joined Vimta Labs with expectations of a structured and ethical work environment. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, I was asked to perform tasks far outside my job description — including handling heavy courier boxes, which was neither relevant to my role nor appropriate. Despite highlighting the concern, there was no support or redressal from the management. What made things worse was the toxic work culture. Senior team members and managers often behaved with arrogance, treating others as if they were inferior. There was a constant sense of mockery and public humiliation, with no basic sense of workplace ethics or professionalism. This behavior seemed normalized across departments, not just limited to mine. The final blow came when my salary was deliberately withheld during the 90-day notice period after my resignation. Only after escalating the issue multiple times did the management release my pending dues. My FNF was released after 45 days window period. This is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the internal management and respect (or lack thereof) for employees. Overall: ❌ Zero professionalism ❌ No job-role clarity ❌ Toxic leadership ❌ Salary issues during exit ❌ No ethics or empathy If you’re a professional seeking a growth-oriented and respectful work environment, Vimta Labs is not the place. Think twice before making a decision.
