      You are given many opportunities to grow your career as individuals. This comes in the form of peer mentorships, invitations to many professional social events, team building events and in house Lunch and Learns covering topics from storm design to environmental scopes.

      Cons

      The office location isn't the best due to traffic.

      Good salary and benefits, insurance was OK

      Cons

      I received a good offer from this company less than a year ago. From the outside, the company looked successful through LinkedIn, its website, and marketing efforts, but the reality inside was very different. The company lacked structure, learning opportunities, and professionalism. There were also several red flags. The positive reviews seem more like marketing, while the lower reviews better reflect the real employee experience. This may explain why many new hires leave within a year.
