We really appreciate that you took the time to outline what did not seem to work for you while you were employed with us. We take your honest feedback seriously. Over the last few months some things have changed at travel audience, e.g. the introduction of delivery teams. We are still growing and developing and try to improve. Our management welcomes feedback because we want to make sure that everyone feels supported and listened to. Many colleagues really enjoy our company culture and love to spend some time with each other outside of work. Unfortunately you did not address your feedback to your manager directly so it seems.
