Excellent opportunities for further promotion. It's easy to wear many hats.
Cons
Reduction in force is sometimes necessary, however not much help finding work if you are one of the unlucky ones.

Pros
Enteq Drilling put a lot of effort to show their appreciation to their employees. They had the best benefits packages with outstanding insurance premiums as well as over the top death benefits. Enteq has excellent communication between management and employees. The crew and staff were competent as well as personable. It was a joy to come to work every day.
Cons
Enteq is an industry specific company and when the industry took a down-turn, several layoffs, wage cuts as well as hourly cuts brought much pain for the employees affected.
