      Pros

      Lots of plans for growth and change, which keeps things interesting. Great colleagues, people genuinely care about what they're achieving. Very flexible working culture. Despite growth, it still feels entrepreneurial and not overly corporate.

      Cons

      Decision making can sometimes take a long time, with multiple stakeholders to consult. The intention is good, everyone is trying to achieve the outcome, but it can slow the pace of execution at times.

      Very flexible working, choice of device (Mac or windows), friendly staff including C-suite staff, good staff events, often discretionary bonus given, encouraging environment to develop skills and build your career.
