Gives complete freedom to explore opportunities, supports Career Growth, Team members are cooperative. Immense learning. I am associated with EventTracker from past 5.5years & never stopped learning, everyday has been new exposure. In EventTracker we are a close knit family. We work together and lots of Employee Engagement/ Team building activities keeps us abuzz. Overall, a great experience and perfect Work life Balance.

Cons

Not a place for under achievers. Suitable for self motivated employees. In EventTracker all the Managers believe in working closely with their team members so that all get equal opportunity. Sometimes people don't like it but we believe it gives instant growth and control over unnecessary hindrance for reaching next level.
