      Great People - meaningful work

      Pros

      EHG has some of the best people I have ever worked with. Its a diverse group of marketers, creatives, scientists and technologists. We work with a variety of big pharma and emerging life science firms. We work hard but have fun. The arrow is pointing up for 2025 regarding growth.

      Cons

      Being a small med comm firm, we run lean and everyone has to wear a few hats. Its not a place for those who simply want to manage and not be part of getting the work done

      Not of Evolution specifically but the challenges with clients and the industry in general - but this is nothing new

      must be able to come into the office at least 3 days a week (great office so this is not difficult)
