Pros
People get to wear multiple hats and explore contributing to multiple functions of the business. Work is challenging. The company is a leader in its field nationally. The culture is a priority and the company invests into training and development for our people to learn new skills.
Cons
If you want to focus on only one narrow specialization, rather than wearing many different hats, the company may not be for you. If you're looking for an easy job, you will not enjoy working here.

Amazing culture, passionate team, fast growth environment, challenging problem solving, pay above average.
Cons
Fast growth leads to growing pains, challenges can be overwhelming at times. Not for someone that likes the security and consistency of a mature business. Transitioning from startup to mature business which can be a difficult change for people.
