great place to work / respect people good salary if compared to other in the market
Cons
only 2 weeks vacation not good insurance raise are based on middle management mood, and client satisfaction, but sometimes you do all your best and management do not take this in consideration they care about projects more than people so some employees stay for 4 years or more in the same project and this affect their productivity because of the routine

- above average salary with decent raises - good life/work balance - good clients and interesting projects - good company vibe
Cons
- your experience depends a lot on your team leader/ project manager and your current project. So in my case I was very lucky with the work load and supervisors, but some coworkers were not so lucky.
