Pros
Great team group, with a lot of respect. Share good experiences with high level executives. Benefits such as health insurance and life insurance.
Cons
High turnover of personnel, due to lack of job stability, in short periods of time. Scarce support from the departament of IT, for its employees.

Pros
* It's a good place to start, but then the company does not offer job opportunities for growth. * They have good features like vacations and the pay is not too bad (but in other companies is better). * They demand less from you than companies in the same line of business.
Cons
* They demand a lot from you and do not give you the necessary resources. * Management and Heads of the company do not have good leadership, and for that, they do not offer opportunities for growth. * There is no good Human Resources department, they do not support the workers. * They promise you many things and do not deliver everything. * It is difficult to request vacations, because bad leadership does not let you go so easily.
