      Employee owned / profit sharing: Quarterly profit sharing / dividend payouts are one of the best parts about working here. Efforts are definitely fiscally rewarded. Pay structure is also clearly defined so everyone knows roughly what peers are making. Lots of transparency. Get to work on a wide variety of jobs - always a unique challenge. Fun Office: Free coffee, frequently given food, golf simulator, annual bags tournament, pool, ping pong, Great 401k match, Great health insurance, Christmas bonus.

      The cyclical nature of construction work occasionally leads to some long hours around deadlines.
