Pros
It is a very fast paced, clean work environment. I would not recommend the TC assembly dept. to anyone known as 'the hen house', you're in an enclosed room and whether you're doing your job or not the management out on the floor has you walking on eggshells constantly.
Cons
Just being able to get along with everyone as a team.

Good place for beginner, but not good for long time stay.

Payless, but you must have to overtime every day.
