      Pros

      It's a great place to work - it's as simple as that. I enjoy coming to work everyday because I feel challenged in my role, I feel supported because I'm surrounded by experienced people, and everyone and is easy going and fun to work with.

      Cons

      There's a lot of development opportunities for engineers, but less so for other roles like IT and admin.
