      Pros

      Really impressed with how the senior leadership team has responded during 2020-2021. They are transparent and have been understanding of all of the challenges people faced during that time. The flat org structure and startup-like feel mean lots of opportunities to work collaboratively and on new things.

      Cons

      Need to improve diversity and representation in senior levels of management.

      As the cloud grows the business grows Weekly all hands video calls with leaders that join on camera to take questions Many new hires with very high energy

      Fast paced and long hours with lots of time zones Changing lots of processes around over and over

      Pros

      Faction has built some pretty cool technology that as an IT manager in previous roles would have solved a lot of challenges for me. The executive team recognizes the importance of continuing to mature products with policy and procedure, which can sometimes be perceived as a bad thing, i.e. red tape, bureaucracy, etc. As the organization continues to grow there will undoubtedly be naysayers who don't adjust to change and there will be folks who thrive in a culture whey they can shape the future.

      Cons

      Resources get stretched a little thin with aggressive goals. Not so much a con as the reality in the workforce in general.
