When I started I came from a security company that did not appreciate me nor my co workers as assets; Fast guard has allowed me to climb through the rankings and achieve a supervisor position with great benefits.
It is a good company to work for. If you work hard and show them that you are committed there is room for growth. The CEO is a good person and cares about his staff.
